I cannot say enough about how well Felice took care to ensure I loved my custom bookmark. After receiving initial order, I was surprised the ribbon was not printed on both sides…my mistake. I did not read the description carefully, which indicated one side printed on the particular ribbon I chose. Felice worked with me, returning original bookmark, replacing ribbon with one I like better and shipped out to me right away. Excellent customer service like this ensures I will be a returning customer! Thank you so much, Felice!
