I ship within the Continental US using First Class United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping for all shipments (unless upgraded). I want you to enjoy your Charming Book Clip and I personally take great care to handcraft a quality product, however, if you should find a defect in craftsmanship please notify me within 14 days of your purchase. I will repair your Charming Book Clip or provide a replacement of the same Charming Book Clip design if necessary. If an exact replacement is not available I will offer an optional comparable design or a full refund.

When using charms with crystals, I only select charms made with Swarovski Elements. Please note that crystal contains lead oxide which maximizes the way light refracts through the crystal and gives them an almost diamond-like sparkling quality. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards and therefore safe to handle and wear. Please see WARNING section below.

Everything about this book clip is great...I like the cat charm (being a cat person I would), I like the orange color and the pattern and I really like the way it actually works. I like the idea of the book clip never leaving the book...it's a great invention and the start of many more orders.
